Upfront pricing, for everyone.
We are dedicated to meeting the needs of our clients, not the needs of insurance companies. Paying out of pocket allows for privacy and provides truly confidential services. It allows us to focus on your needs and goals. You want an in-depth discussion about your diagnosis, we can do that. You want to focus on accomplishing three goals and be done, we can do that.
Elevated Psychotherapy is committed to providing person-centered therapy, not insurance-centered services. That being said, we recognize people may still want to use insurance to cover a portion of their sessions, you can check with your insurance provider to see if you have “out-of-network” coverage. There are many policies that will cover a majority of the session fees!
We can provide you a “superbill” after the session, which includes the necessary information for your insurance carrier to reimburse you. The amount you are paying for therapy goes toward your deductible and if you have additional medical bills outside of therapy, this may reduce your overall out of pocket payment for the year. Your insurance company may reimburse you for part of what you pay for sessions once your deductible has been met (the amount reimbursed varies by company and plan).
Navigating insurance and our healthcare system can be really confusing and overwhelming, but we are here to help. During our free 15 minute consultation, we can talk through some of this process and answer questions. Recommended first step: call the number on the back of your insurance card to learn about your plan and what might be covered.

Emily is great. She is helping me with the parts of my depression that medication can’t help. I’m making huge progress already.
